We currently accept cash, checks, credit/debit cards and money orders at the utility office.
Auto Pay:
Auto-Pay is a voluntary payment option which eliminates the hassle of writing checks and buying stamps by automatically taking your payment directly from your checking or savings account each month.
Online:
Clintonville Utilities has an online customer portal to offer our customers a way to view and pay their utility bills online. We encourage customers to pay via checking/savings account to avoid any debit/credit card processing fees. Customers can also scan the below QR phone to pay by phone!
**PLEASE NOTE: we are moving away from our old credit card provider, Payment Service Network. If you were set up for automatic withdrawals through PSN, don't forget to cancel with them when you create your new user in the Utility Portal**
