Budget Billing

Clintonville Utilities offers this service at no charge to assist customers with budgeting their electric, water and/or sewer bills. We calculate your average yearly charges using the last 12 months' utility bills and spread those charges out over the entire year so that you pay the same amount every month. Please fill out the Budget Bill Enrollment Form and bring to City Hall if you would like to sign up for this service.
